What is your return policy?
A: Because each original artwork is created and produced solely for you, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please submit a damage / return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send images of the damage for further assessment and to keep the original packaging for returns. We can assist with organizing your return via email or contact us at 312.852.2587.
Q: What happens if my order is damaged when I receive it?
A: Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, do not accept receipt. Then, please contact us, so that we can order a replacement. If possible, photograph the damaged package to expedite the situation. If you have already received the work before you notice damages, read our above return policy.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Depending on your location, you should receive your artwork in 7-14 days.
Q: How can I ensure authenticity of artworks?
A: Limited edition prints include a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity, which will be mailed separately to you, to the delivery address you provided.
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or VISA, American Express or Discover). For your convenience, we also provide the option to pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay or Google Pay. The transaction will be confirmed upon placing the order, and production of your work will begin immediately.
Q: How will the work be delivered?
A: We use a state of the art photo lab in Europe to produce our gallery quality printing and framing. Your artwork will be shipped in made-to-measure, secure art packaging, using their certified shipping partners. Your order will be shipped, to the delivery address you provide, directly following its production. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.
Please note: Orders shipped to the United States and Canada may include invoices showing customs-related charges that have already been paid.
